We will be starting several new campaigns this
year that will include money opportunities for
individuals and organizations on Dish Network

Subject: Rumors are for children...
It has come to my attention that a rumor that
we do not support our customers is going
around. We support everything we
sell. If a customer has a problem, then
all they have to do is call in the
problem. Most of what we sell comes with a
1 year parts and labor warranty. We can
not fix something if we do not know about
it. Please refer anyone that has a problem
to call Tom Sagar at 918-786-6939.
Remember if you had a business and employees
working for you and they are not working to your
best interest then you would want to know.
I am not saying that we haven't had some
customers that were upset. I am saying
that we have not done anything illegal. In
fact I have been criticized even by my wife that
I give to much away.

Subject: StarBand Hardware is not FREE!
StarBand is not giving away receivers.
If you buy a receiver from one of these stores,
the receiver is not a new one and is not warranted
by StarBand. I did some research and found
the company offering theses receivers and they
are rebuilt. The installers that are
installing these receivers do not have StarBand
Certifications which are required. They
are using someone else's Tech ID to do the commissioning
of the system. Protect yourself and ask to
see the Certificate of Installation Training
before you get your install. Ours are
under Certificates in the NEWS
area. Remember, these are full earth
stations and require the FCC certification
test. It is also recommended that an SBCA
certificate Level 2.

Subject: StarBand is out of Business?
NOT!
One of our competitors has started telling
you the customer that StarBand is out of
business. I can tell you without
hesitation that StarBand is not out of
business. The same competitor that only
carried DirecTV also told you that Dish Network
was inferior, but is now selling it and the
hardware has not changed. Take what they
are saying as a desperate act to get your
business. Personally with all the slander
I would rather have you go to RadioShack®
than go to someone that is limiting your
options. In fact here is StarBand's Phone
